Fire Protection Surveys

With the implementation of the Building safety Acts (2022) on 1st October 2023, Responsible Persons for high risk buildings (Those over 18m high with at least two residential properties) have new responsibilities. Crucial among these is trying to establish what fire protection measures have been installed in your building. Ignis fire and resilience can carry out a survey of the fire protection measures fitted in your building and provide a narrative report that will assist you build your retrospective 'safety case' for the premises.
